TubeDealz ("we", "us", "our") operates the TubeDealz platform connecting YouTube creators with brands. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), YouTube channel URL
Profile data: subscriber count, niche, bio, social handles you choose to provide
Payment data: subscription plan, billing history. Card details are processed by Razorpay or Paddle — we never store raw card numbers
Usage data: pages visited, deals accepted/declined, notification preferences
Communications: emails you send or receive through the platform

2. How We Use Your Data

To operate and personalise the TubeDealz platform
To match creators with relevant brand campaigns
To process subscription payments and send receipts
To send transactional emails (deal alerts, account updates)
To improve the service and detect abuse

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with:

Brands: your public channel info (name, niche, subscriber count) when you accept a deal
Razorpay / Paddle: billing info for payment processing
Supabase: our database provider (hosted in the EU/US)
Resend: our email delivery provider

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where required by law (e.g. payment records).

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email us at privacy@tubedealz.com and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for authentication (session token). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. We regularly review access controls and security policies.

8. Children

TubeDealz is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date above.
