By using TubeDealz you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

TubeDealz is a subscription-based marketplace that connects YouTube creators with brands for sponsorship deals. Creators pay a monthly subscription. Brands submit campaigns for free. TubeDealz takes no percentage of deal values.

2. Creator Accounts

• You must be 18 or older and own or manage the YouTube channel you register
• You are solely responsible for the content you produce and all tax obligations from sponsorship income
• You must comply with YouTube's policies and FTC disclosure requirements when publishing sponsored content
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misrepresent subscriber counts or engagement metrics

3. Brand Accounts

• Campaign submissions must be for legitimate products or services — no adult content, gambling, or prohibited categories
• All financial terms and deliverables must be agreed directly between brand and creator
• TubeDealz is a discovery and matching tool only — we are not party to any deal contract

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Creator subscriptions are billed monthly. The first 30 days are free on any plan
• Subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel any time from your profile — no cancellation fees
• Refunds: if you are charged in error, contact us within 7 days for a full refund
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

5. Deals & Payments

• TubeDealz facilitates introductions only. All payment terms are agreed directly between creator and brand
• TubeDealz takes 0% of deal earnings — ever
• We are not liable for brands failing to pay, or creators failing to deliver

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use TubeDealz to:

• Spam, phish, or harass other users
• Create fake accounts or misrepresent your channel statistics
• Circumvent subscription requirements (e.g. sharing accounts)
• Scrape or reproduce data from the platform without permission

7. Intellectual Property

TubeDealz and its logo are trademarks of TubeDealz. You retain all rights to content you create. By using the platform you grant us a limited licence to display your channel name and statistics to matched brands.

8. Limitation of Liability

TubeDealz is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or from deals between creators and brands.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the profile page.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
